Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I understand surfing and ocean-based activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, drowning, contact with surfboards or other participants, marine life encounters, and unpredictable ocean and weather conditions.

 

By checking the box to agree to this waiver, I confirm that I (or the participant I am signing for) voluntarily choose to participate in lessons or activities provided by Adaptive Ocean Academy CIC. I understand and accept the risks involved.

 

I agree, on behalf of myself (or the participant), to release and hold harmless Adaptive Ocean Academy CIC, its directors, employees, volunteers, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If I am agreeing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to do so.
